Sound familiar?
Outdated site. Real deadline. No one to fix it.
Residents can't find their way through your current site.
The April 26, 2028 Title II deadline is coming, and the site isn't ready.
No one on staff has time to fix it.
A $30,000 project or a yearly platform subscription isn't in the budget.

01A site structure people can follow
02Help reading their analytics

Idaho ITS | Ongoing state partner
Over a dozen agency sites redesigned, with many more to come.
We work alongside the State of Idaho's Office of Information Technology Services and meet every week with ITS staff and the agencies it serves. Agencies come to us for site structure, analytics, usability, and accessibility.
"As the end user, this is one of the best designed websites I've ever had the pleasure of working with. ... The tools, widgets, customized block, and plug-ins they curated make it so easy to update and create new content. They were responsive, professional, and did everything they said they were going to do, when they said they'd do it."
We rebuilt Commuteride's site around the one question riders ask: "where are you going?" It now meets full ADA compliance, it's simpler to get around, and it launched on schedule on September 29, 2026.
Full ADAcompliance
132 to 30pages, so riders find answers faster
On schedulelaunched September 29, 2026
Commuteride is run by a special district (Ada County Highway District), so it faces the same April 26, 2028 deadline as small governments. Its custom features go beyond a Civic Pro package; it shows our approach, not what the package includes.
Yours, not rented
You own the site, the code, and the content.
No platform subscription. Your site is built to be managed by your staff from day one, with no developer needed for routine updates. Training and documentation come with every package.
A PMP-certified project manager keeps your project on schedule and on budget. After launch, support is available hourly or through a not-to-exceed contract.
"They were great communicators and project managers, and they responded well and promptly to feedback, helping the vision to take shape in a timely fashion."

Questions
What clerks and district managers ask us first.
Can we buy this without going out to bid?
It depends on your state and local purchasing rules, and bid thresholds vary. Both packages are fixed price and under $10,000, which is priced to fit a department budget, but check your own purchasing policy. If you need them, we provide formal written quotes, statements of work, references, and sole-source documentation for agencies that qualify.
Does the April 26, 2028 deadline apply to us?
Under the ADA Title II web accessibility rule, public entities with a population under 50,000, and special districts, have until April 26, 2028. Larger entities have until April 26, 2027. Every package is built to WCAG 2.2 AA.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. Package pricing is fixed. Any scope additions are quoted separately and require written approval before work begins.
Can our staff update the site without a developer?
Yes. We build on WordPress using either Elementor Pro or the Gutenberg block editor, both chosen for non-technical staff. Every package includes a live or recorded training session plus a user guide PDF, and we can train multiple staff members.
Who owns the site after launch?
You do. You own the website, the code, and all content. We can work with your IT department's preferred hosting, or provide managed WordPress hosting directly.
How long does it take?
Civic Pro typically runs 8-10 weeks from kickoff and content delivery. Civic Premium runs 10-14 weeks. Timelines depend on content readiness and feedback turnaround on your end.
Who manages our project?
Emily Parker, a PMP-certified project manager. Emily is your main point of contact from kickoff through launch and keeps the scope, schedule, and budget on track.
