Government Land Sales needed a new site with a more engaging design that included an easier process for visitors to find and buy vacant land from his website. The site needed to load fast and be optimized for search engines. They also needed to streamline their process of managing available properties through the backend of the site.

Optimized Buyer Experience
We had already worked with the client on his original website and a separate property listing site, so we already had intimate knowledge of the industry. Improving upon the previous site, the new site was built from the ground up to be easier for property buyers to find vacant properties and close the deal.
New Design
Potential property buyers are now greeted with a clean design that puts available land for sale front and center, with easy ways to search, find, and browse properties. The site features patriotic colors, clear navigation, a flowing layout, and strong imagery to entice visitors.
Multiple Property Listing Views
Potential buyers get 3 different ways to view vacant land: grid view, listing view, and map view. The grid view displays each property in a card with a prominent thumbnail and critical info. The listing view shows properties in a compact list with smaller thumbnails but with less scrolling. The map view shows property locations on an interactive map with clickable map markers that open up to show more information.
Advanced Property Search
Properties can be searched by state, county, price, land use and other advanced criteria with multiple sort options. Searches can even be saved as a “property tracker” and you’ll be emailed when new properties are added that match your search criteria.

Managing properties on the website are a breeze with a streamlined custom backend interface engineered to make it easy to list and edit properties. When Government Land Sales logs in, they see a list of properties which they can search through or filter by status and then easily edit, hide, or remove. When editing, all the fields are displayed for easy updates and images, videos, tours, plans, and documents are also easily managed.
Administrators can also manage users, pages, blog posts, banner ads, and the Government Land Sales seller profile. Administrators can also message buyers from the website.
